After 5 days, the package was registered, and then it was only sent out 3 days later.

It's been three weeks since I placed an order, and it hasn't arrived, nor do they respond to my emails. The service of this website is a disgrace.

1. After my order, I did not receive any information about the delivery, and I had to write to find out when they would be delivered. 2. EMMSO did not deliver the correct products; the HMK S232 was replaced with another product, the 323... because they no longer had the S232 in stock, and now it is up to me to return the products. I have not received any return procedure for the wrong bottles, no labels to put on the box... the emails are not personally signed, and p. This company is completely useless. I will inform the product manufacturer about my troubles.
