    I ordered ear tips at the wrong adress- a short call fixed that. Found out I went the wrong direction (needed larger instead of smaller), called again, offered to replace the order but the size I needed wasn't available, so cancelled the order immediately. Awesome customer service! Will definitely shop again for my IEM needs in the future.
