I picked up the order, but the phone contact is characterized by patience, friendliness, and above all, expertise. The staff knows what they are talking about. In the store, they take ample time and provide plenty of opportunity to get acquainted with their products. It's also nice that they don't just want to sell the more expensive products. Finally, a beautiful store with stunning products and top-notch service.

The order was delivered quickly. It was a demo model but completely intact and in 100% condition, so like new. However, the performance was/is very poor. I called about this right away at the beginning, and the communication was not 100%. Although they did try to find solutions. I should have perhaps gone in person instead of buying something unseen (after reading reviews). However, the company (after almost a year) reached out on their own and even offered to take the headphones back. The contact was also extremely courteous, which is why I adjusted my rating to 4 stars. Unfortunately, something went wrong in the earlier communication. What a shame.
