Webshop was easy to work with and my order arrived fast. I'm still trying to decide if I am satisfied with the spot cleaner as it leaked onto the floor while I was using it the first time. I need to see if this occurs every time or was a once-off.

The instructions are not given any advice, tips and method how to use the machine and what to clean, not to clean. Also no tips or other to work with different materials by a QR tutorial or anything like that. This way we can't max our investment in this cleaning machine...

There is no response from them at all. I wrote several emails and no one answers. They sent
shipment, the status says delivered, the shipment is nowhere, it never reached us. I don't recommend it. -

I thought it was gonna be great but it wasn't. I spent 4 hours on my 4 seater sofa and the vacuum isn't strong at all, i had high hopes but at the end i'm very disappointed. Even after drying and going on the same spot 5/6 times, i still have stains left on my sofa. I wanted to love it but didn't meet my expectations
