My WalkingPad A1 Pro came with a "remote control" that does not work. I have followed the manual, checked YouTube guides, and called WalkingPad A1 Pro - I believe the remote control is defective. Additionally, I contacted WalkingPad A1 Pro 4 days ago, and I have still not received a reply. If I can talk someone OUT OF buying a WalkingPad A1 Pro, I will. Product: 1/5 Customer service: 1/5.
