I have not received the package to this day. However, I received 2 emails announcing the delivery within a specific time slot. I was stuck for 2 hours for nothing. No news, no calls.

Delivery was made on time as initially informed.

I did not receive my package on time because of the carrier! I am disappointed; I was looking forward to it.

Delivery on the indicated date with a call from the carrier just beforehand was great.

I find it shameful that we are promised delivery in 48 hours, but once we decide to order, we are faced with the choice of paying an additional €76 if we want it in 48 hours, or waiting 6 weeks 😡😡. The waiting time for reception is endless. Moreover, I received an email about the delivery at the end of the week, but it only arrived the following week!!! They give us a 20% discount to spend again on their site, what a joke!!! I can't even return the treadmill I received just yesterday!
