Crafty Ponies

Beautiful ponies and a lot of intelligent accessories. I had ordered pony sets, but mistakenly received the (twice as expensive) hobby horses, which are still too big for my granddaughters. When I described the problem via email, I immediately received a nice apology along with a label for free return shipping, and within a few days, the correct ponies were delivered. Many businesses should take a cue from this. I can only recommend it further.

Everything was perfect, it's a shame I didn't receive gift wrapping. Delivery was made as agreed.
