The product itself is great. The customer service is also good; they respond very quickly and address the issue. Unfortunately, the order was completely wrong on the first delivery, which is why I am deducting one star. The problem was handled quickly, and now we are waiting for the new delivery!

Problem with the delivery. The package was dropped off at a pickup point the next day, even though I was present for a home delivery (which I paid a high price for). Disappointed with the product's finishing (a seamstress had to redo the seams).
