Boring packaging. Ordered a large amount and it was sent in a dull box. It should be something festive when you order this. If you take a Penny subscription, you receive a horse with your order (choice), so nicely and festively packaged. But when ordering directly from Crafty Ponies, they didn't think of that at all. Too bad, missed opportunity and boring.
Great toy. My daughter is so happy with it. We will quickly order other items to go with it. Beautifully made, sturdy, incredibly fun, all the products are solid and feel just like the real thing. The pony is also wonderfully soft to cuddle with.
The product is good, but quite expensive.
The order took a very long time to arrive; it has been more than 10 days since I ordered, and I still haven't received anything!
The saddle is a bit thick, but the effect is more than successful for my daughter; she is thrilled and plays with it for hours.
