Fast shipping and the products are good as well. It's just a shame that there was a trial package with lavender wax strips included, otherwise it would have been 5 stars. Everything now smells like it, which is not pleasant at all for someone with allergies! It might be helpful to give the option to choose whether you want to receive free samples, especially when it comes to strongly scented products!

I ordered a deluxe set for my 8-year-old daughter. She is so happy with it! She even takes it to bed with her pony :). A month after the order, I unpacked the package completely for St. Martin's Day and noticed that a small set (hooves + materials) was missing. After sending an email with an explanation and a photo, I received a very quick response and the set was sent to me. What great service! Thank you!
