Great service, very well assisted and customer-friendly.

I bought a device but, due to circumstances, I couldn't unpack it right away. I ordered it on March 22 and on April 7 I asked if I could return it, but because I had taken the device out of the box, it couldn't be returned. Moreover, they said they had no use for the device anymore because no one wanted it. I then offered to let go of part of the purchase amount, but the gentleman on the phone simply said that they had no use for the device and couldn't sell it anymore (which they actually did sell to me). They promised to get back to me, but you can guess what happened. Great service indeed!!
