I can only say perfect service! My ordered SD card was out of stock, even though it was listed as available on the website. I was kindly called to inform me that they would send the same card with a higher capacity at no extra cost. Very friendly and neat service!

Great shop with super service. Two years ago, I purchased a PTZ camera and IP controller for our sports association. One week before the warranty expired, the controller broke down. No problem with the warranty; the guys at Movision took care of it. Even providing a loaner controller to continue our video stream was not an issue. Nothing is too difficult or too much for them. Personal contact as it should be. And if they are busy and can't answer the phone, you will always get a call back or can communicate with them via WhatsApp. Keep it up, guys!
