Flowers were not delivered with the receipent.

Do NOT order from this flower shop. I scheduled a delivery for an important occasion, they promised it would arrive, and it never showed up. No proper explanation, no accountability, just excuses and poor communication.

This completely ruined the moment and caused unnecessary stress. A business that can’t keep its word should not be trusted with time-sensitive deliveries.

Save yourself the disappointment and order from somewhere else.

It hasnt been delivered as it was committed during the order. The only commitment is to deliver the flower on a timely base (because timing for such orders is the most important part not to loose the meaning of the suprise). It delivered the other day. I also ordered a toy along with the flower but what was delivered was not the toy I choose and order, it was something else. If you do not have enough stocks, you should mention it during order, or at least you could have informed me about this. It was the first time I used online flower delivery, but now I know which company I will not use,thx.
