Great experience. Ordered the evening before and it arrived before noon. Lovely bouquet of flowers. Straight forward and efficient process.

Delivery was without tracking link, I just got notification when it was delivered (after 10PM??).. Delivery part was vague and unreliable. On the other hand, flowers were amazing, like from the picture, as described, and beautiful! Good job there!

Ordered a 35 euro bouquet with a vase (including shipping), which was described as the "large" bouquet online. Was delivered a very small, and sparse bunch of flowers. Reached out to the CS but have yet to hear a response.

My order was never delivered, I didn't get a delivery confirmation either, and when I requested a refund, I didn't hear a confirmation until I called a second time and spoke to a different colleague. Eventually they confirmed a refund - but there was no real apology.

Bloemen werden verderop in de weg afgegeven en mijn dochter kreeg na 2 dagen verlept bosje bloemen. Maar na het melden hiervan bood de winkel aan een nieuw bosje bloemen te bezorgen. Heel blij mee.
