Amsterdam Flowers

Ordering was easy. Flowers were delivered on time and they were beautiful. I appreciated receiving the confirmation as well.

Good morning, I was disappointed that it was only delivered at the end of the afternoon.

My order arrived much too late, despite the fact that I had ordered on time. The surprise effect of this bouquet of flowers was therefore gone. Moreover, we were no longer home when the package was delivered, and it was received by the neighbors.

- The flowers were not delivered to the correct address. - you were not reachable, well before closing time. - Not delivered by 18:00 which I had taken into account - no communication about the delivery status - flowers ultimately did not arrive at the person for whom it was intended

The flowers were absolutely beautiful. Sometimes with other flower deliveries the bouquets are all squashed up and dont come even close to the pics (not nicely arranged anymore due to the transport maybe), but this came perfect. Also very responsive customer service and same day delivery was fab! Will definitely order here again 💙
