Amsterdam Flowers

I realized (almost too) late that I still needed to send a bouquet of flowers. The service was excellent. I was able to place my order at the last minute, and the flowers were sent out immediately. I was disappointed that the bouquet did not match the picture. I understand that there can be some variation. However, these were flowers that seemed to have been sitting for a while (or so it appeared). They wilted completely the next day and could already be thrown away two days later. I found that disappointing for the amount (30 euros excluding the card and shipping).

Response to the order is immediate. And delivered as agreed.

Everything went as promised - the recipient was super happy and the quality of the flowers was top-notch.

Everything was handled according to my wishes.

The webshop is great, and I know that this flower shop generally has beautiful flowers. However, I never received a confirmation that the flowers were delivered.

Overall, a very good experience. Especially with the option to choose the delivery time that can be brought forward earlier in the sales process.
