Fast, correct delivery. They maintained good contact regarding the delivery when it turned out that the recipient was not at home.

The flowers I ordered were supposedly delivered to the neighbors of the recipient according to the delivery service. When I didn't receive a response, I inquired and found out that the flowers had not been delivered. The recipient checked with the immediate neighbors and further. After the first complaint, I received a response stating that the flowers had indeed been delivered. The recipient went to check with the neighbors again, and I complained once more. Eventually, a bouquet was delivered (a week later and without a card). It was resolved neatly, but not completely. The surprise was gone, and the card was missing. Only because I was in contact with the recipient did they know that the bouquet was from me.

I live in South Africa and needed to send my daughter flowers for her birthday in the Netherlands. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with your company. When the flowers arrived, they were better than the picture shown on the website. Thank you for making my purchase easy and for trusting you to deliver the best bunch of flowers in the time you mentioned. I will be using you again soon :)
