Great service, ordered flowers for my mother from Ireland... they arrived on time and beautifully. A small issue was that the website couldn't handle an Irish address... (addresses outside the cities do not have a house number).

I called to let you know that I was not satisfied with the roses. I had to send photos to you. I did that, but initially heard nothing. Then I sent a new email, and it was resolved nicely. I received a new bouquet of roses for free, and they look beautiful.
