I have ordered several times and have always been happy with the flowers. Just one small issue with my last order (which was for a birthday) was that the delivery was made a day earlier than requested!

I had Googled for flower delivery and clicked on Amsterdam Flowers. The flowers were delivered right on time and it was a beautiful bouquet. Definitely worth repeating!!

I had the bouquet "Loving Roses" delivered to my mother. I chose this one because of the special combination of roses, olive leaves, and gypsophila. However, the bouquet she received only had roses and eucalyptus? I understand that bouquets may not always look exactly like the picture, but this was a completely different composition in terms of flower types and quantities. I found that very disappointing for a bouquet that cost me over €30. When I then sent them an email to ask for clarification, I was told that the promised flowers were out of stock due to Valentine's Day. That's unfortunate, but it's also something you can prepare for well in advance regarding inventory. If you don't have something in stock, you shouldn't advertise it. I expected to receive a voucher, but that service was lacking. From now on, I will order from my old trusted (online) florist again.

Fast delivery beyond all expectations.

The only downside is that the website is a bit unclear about where to enter your own address and that of the person you are sending the flowers to. But perhaps I'm just being silly.
