The order was a birthday gift. It was clearly stated that the delivery should be on the 17th. However, the gift was delivered on the 16th... This is acceptable because it could have been delivered on the 18th... The package was as purchased. That is the reason for the 4 stars. Otherwise, it would have been 5.
I live in Canada and my friend is in the Netherlands. I entered the wrong address for a wine delivery. I contacted the company, and they were so helpful and understanding. They made sure the gift got to my friend at the correct address. I would 100% recommend! Thank you for your help.

Much too small a bouquet for that price. It was definitely not worth 20 euros.
It's a beautiful bouquet, but €40 in total is quite expensive compared to picking something up nearby.
