Amsterdam Flowers

I use your company to order and deliver flowers for my partner occasionally, and my partner has complained on most occasions that the delivery person isn't friendly or pleasant. Just as a heads up, flowers are sent to brighten someone's day, not the opposite. It might be advisable to send the delivery personnel to a customer service workshop or to employ people who actually care about or have a passion for flowers and brightening up people's lives. The flowers are always perfect, and thank you for your consistency in producing quality arrangements. I will recommend your flowers any day.

Valentine's Bouquet order well in advance with instructions to deliver before 1 PM. The flowers had not arrived by 5 PM when we had to leave to go out for dinner; they were eventually collected from the neighbor when we returned at 8 PM. There was no notification, explanation, or apology for the delay. I will not use this service again.

After placing the order, I heard that the recipient would not be home on the scheduled delivery date. No problem. The time and delivery location could be changed.

I really enjoyed the beautiful bouquet that was delivered. Beautiful composition, good products, and it still looks lovely in the room after a week.

I have received flowers three times via Amsterdamflowers.nl. Two out of the three times, there were just old roses with dry leaves that don't bloom nicely but start wilting from day one. I took a look at the website, and when I see the prices, I find this to be an absolute disgrace. It's really unfortunate for those who think they are choosing a beautiful bouquet and apparently cannot trust the quality.

Because they were delivered on time, but I have never seen them, so I don't know how to rate them. However, I have had no complaints, so it must be good. In that sense, I cannot evaluate it. Best regards.
