I was very happy that I could have a bouquet delivered to the mother on the correct day of our granddaughter's birth.

I had ordered both a bouquet and a bottle of prosecco to be delivered to the same address. I received a nice email stating "that my order had been delivered." By chance, I heard from the person who received the order that only the bouquet had been delivered. I had to contact Amsterdam Flowers myself. Only after that did I receive an apology and the information that the bottle would still be delivered, which happened a day later. I wonder what would have happened if I hadn't heard that only part of the order had been delivered. The bouquet was very beautiful, but it should be for those prices. The ordering site of Amsterdam Flowers is far from customer-friendly and unnecessarily complicated.
