    The product was apparently delivered, however the coffee shop the deliverer left it at did not receive anything. Moreover, no one called the person who was meant to receive the delivery, even though I provided their phone number. When enquiring, the shop has said the delivery is still on the way but provided no further help - one week after the requested date. I have asked for a reimbursement but am not getting a reply anymore. Would not recommend.

    My order AF17948 was not delivered despite continuous follow-up at the end I was told that my order was delivered at some café despite mentioning the name of the hotel clearly in my order, very disappointing, I believe more than money it's about feeling and emotions. I would suggest don't go for it the representatives hardly bother to respond to your concern, please don't waste your money to get yourself hurt both emotionally and sentimentally.
