Amsterdam Flowers

I am glad that the funeral bouquet was delivered quickly and to complete satisfaction at the correct location.

The card was missing, the effect was lost.

Flowers always arrive on time and are of good quality.

Bouquet delivered a day late because the florist who was supposed to deliver the flowers didn't find the ones he received that day good enough. As an alternative, a plant was offered, but that is obviously not a substitute. If I order a book, you can't offer me a CD instead. So the birthday surprise fell through. And how does Amsterdam Flowers respond? Too bad, but unfortunately. They did not deliver what was agreed upon. Amsterdam Flowers therefore CANNOT guarantee that your bouquet will be delivered on the desired date. And if they fail to do so, or if they don't deliver as in my case, you won't get your money back. Is this really how you treat your customers?

The bouquet was beautiful, but it's a pity that it was delivered so late. It was supposed to be delivered by 1:00 PM, but it was only delivered at 4:30 PM.
