The bouquet looked nicer in the photo than in reality. I had chosen the deluxe option and specifically the larger version, but it was very disappointing. The flowers were cheap and very small. It's a shame because that means I won't be ordering from here next time.
The flowers were beautiful, but the delivery was very late in the day, even though the order had been ready for a long time. If it is known in advance that it depends on the supply of fresh flowers, there should be some communication about it.

I paid 8€ for delivery services, the delivery employee was extremely rude and demanded us to go and pick up flowers ourselves instead of delivering which he was paid for!!! This is ridiculous
