Such a disappointing process. The flowers were not delivered to the right address, and we were unable to locate them. I had to chase the seller to investigate and to get a refund. The communication with them was very unpleasant and not friendly at all.
Very satisfied with the delivered funeral bouquet.
What I found very disappointing is that my order placed on August 30th.
Unfortunately, delivered a day late.
i had paid for and wrote out a card and it did not come with the flowers sadly :(
