Professional. Courteous. The delivery included gifts and was on time as promised. I received a picture from my daughter after they delivered flowers, a toy, and a bottle of wine—the gifts looked even better than on the website. No joke. I am very pleased with everything. By the way, I got a bit panicky after placing my order and sent them an email just minutes later. I received a response PRONTO. All good. What else could you want when dealing with someone for the first time? Exactly!

Everything went smoothly and quickly. It would make it perfect for me if you could also show how the bouquet ultimately looked (I had it delivered to friends). But I understand that this would be a lot of extra work!

The flowers were delivered beautifully on time. When I saw them a week later, they were still standing upright, so the flowers themselves were good. However, I had paid extra for a slightly larger bouquet, and it was still very small, almost disappointingly small for the amount. The bouquet did not resemble the photo at all. I understand that not all flowers are always available, but this could have been much better. She received a completely bright pink bouquet instead of the mixed colors of the Powervrouw bouquet. That was disappointing.
