The bouquet of flowers was beautiful. It was delivered on time in the morning to my mother for her birthday. The delivery person just forgot to deliver the chocolates. That's why I give 4 stars instead of 5. However, the delivery person did deliver the chocolates later in the afternoon.
My friend recently moved to the Netherlands, and I was able to send her flowers from the UK. I'm super happy with the service!

Recently ordered a bouquet of flowers due to a bereavement. I carefully selected a suitable bouquet, but after delivery, it turned out that the bouquet differed completely from the example on the site. I understand that an exact bouquet as shown in the photo is difficult to achieve since it is a natural product, but the delivered bouquet did not match in composition or color. The result was an inappropriate bouquet for this sad occasion. I communicated this via email, but there has been no further response.
