Amsterdam Flowers

Delivery on Sunday (the day of the order) unfortunately did not happen, despite it being stated on the website. Everything else was perfectly fine.

I ordered a very nice and cheerful bouquet with different flowers, colors, and lengths on the website. However, the bouquet turned out to look like a cheap arrangement with a lot of greenery and no variation in length. The flowers were as indicated, but the overall picture was very different, unfortunately!

Great delivery and helpful when I called to check if it could really be delivered by 5:00 PM. That was, as indicated by a very friendly woman, no problem at all! The flowers are still standing after 2 weeks! I will definitely order here more often :)

After placing the order, I received a message that delivery could not be made at my chosen time of 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, as we live in a rural area. I live right in the center of our village!!!! It was promised that delivery would now take place between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM. Unfortunately, the bouquet did not arrive until 6:15 PM. For me, the surprise for my wife and my plans for that day were completely ruined. A very bad experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The first bouquet was not fresh. After filing a complaint, I received a second bouquet, which was stunning.
