I found it difficult to place an order on the website. It was not clear to me where I needed to enter my own name, address, and phone number, and where the recipient's details should go. I had to keep going back while filling it out to ensure that the correct information was in the right place. In the end, my phone number ended up with the recipient's details, and her phone number ended up with mine. I called for help, but I got the impression that I was not being understood. And yes, the bouquet—I had chosen the January bouquet, which was supposed to include tulips, among other things. I received a photo of the bouquet from the recipient, but it looked very different from what I had imagined based on the image and description on the website. It was also disappointing that I could only fit 160 characters on the accompanying card. I struggled a lot to come up with something meaningful, but I could really fit very little in 160 characters. That was time-consuming and frustrating. In the end, I just sent a card by post with the text I wanted. By the way, while filling out this review, I see again that the recipient's name is listed under personal details. I'm sorry, but I will not recommend Amsterdam Flowers to others.

Very quickly delivered and the bouquet was beautiful and lasted a long time.
