Amsterdam Flowers

I ordered a funeral bouquet, but it was very disappointing. The bouquet did not match the picture on the website at all. It's a shame because you can never redo this moment.

I received a very positive response from the recipient. That was Hylco. To be honest, I don't quite understand why I am receiving this email. I haven't seen the bouquet of flowers. I can only judge the ease of ordering and the service surrounding it.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my friend's birthday. I had ordered from Amsterdam Flowers before and had nice experiences. However, this time I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I specifically chose the bouquet for the Bird of Paradise flower included in the presentation, and it didn't arrive. Not only that, but I didn't recognize the bouquet at all. I understand there is a disclaimer about the availability of the flowers, but this arrangement was so different from what I ordered that I didn't recognize it. Furthermore, I included a note to go with the flowers, but that wasn't delivered, which only added to the confusion. I am sorry, but my experience this time around was not the best.
