Amsterdam Flowers

I received an email from the company confirming the delivery date; however, due to the time difference (I'm in Western Canada), they were unable to deliver when I wanted. However, they did manage to send them out the next business day, and the recipients were thrilled.

I haven't seen the bouquet myself, which is why I didn't give a 10, but the service was worth a 10. I ordered a funeral bouquet that, according to the information I had, was supposed to go to a funeral home, but that turned out to be incorrect. Amsterdam Flowers ensured that it was delivered on time to the correct address. I was also called about this, and I was treated very kindly on the phone as well.

The bouquet was beautiful according to the recipient, and what I found absolutely wonderful was that I was called because I accidentally entered the wrong delivery date. The text on the card suggested that I wanted the flowers delivered earlier, but I had scheduled it for later. Your staff member was so attentive to call me and confirm if this was correct. Thank you for that.

I understand that there is a difference between the desired bouquet and the actual delivered bouquet, but the discrepancy is now incomprehensible and disappointing. After thinking for a long time about which bouquet would be best for my gift, I ultimately chose a cheerful wildflower bouquet! Colorful and wild, just like my friend's personality. The result is a boring bouquet with only 3 types of flowers in one color: red. :( Not at all what I intended and expected. My friend is only turning 50 once. Such a shame!
