<b>Pros</b><p>I ordered flowers to congratulate my partner on his promotion, and the website stated they would be delivered after 2 PM. However, in the end, he received them quite late; many people had already left the office, and he was about to leave as well. So, I was quite disappointed, as I didn't understand why it took so long after 2 PM.

<b>Areas for Improvement</b><p>I experienced some issues with the delivery of the bouquet. I had to call twice, and I was given incorrect information. The bouquet was mediocre compared to the price.</p>
<b>Pros</b><p>After leaving a review stating that the flowers had not lasted a week, a staff member reached out and my girlfriend received a new bouquet! Thank you, Amsterdam Flowers!</p>
