<b>Areas for Improvement</b><p>I ordered a funeral bouquet and noticed that the form for entering the delivery address is not entirely suitable for this purpose. For example, you have to fill in both first name and last name, even though it is being sent to a crematorium. It might be a good idea to review this.</p>
