<b>Pros</b><p>Amsterdam Flowers delivered my order on time.</p><b>Cons</b><p>For my wife's birthday, I ordered open Lily flowers as advertised on the website, but Amsterdam Flowers (AF) sent all closed flowers. This is a huge disappointment, and I emailed to complain. AF did not admit their mistake and refused to refund my money. This is their latest reply: Richard, thank you for the review. It is normal in the Netherlands for flowers to be delivered in bud form, while abroad they are already open. We apologize for the inconvenience. Kind regards, Customer Service. Note: They never did open. Not in 5 hours, not in 10 hours after delivery. Not at night, not the next morning. Please, admit your mistake and refund my money. Thanks.</p>
