Amsterdam Flowers

Recently ordered a funeral bouquet; the bouquet was beautifully arranged and fresh. After placing the order, I received a phone call to check if the address I had entered was correct (they had another order for the same funeral with a different delivery address). The lady on the phone was friendly and compassionate. Great service.

My order needed to be delivered the same day & I tried several websites that wouldn’t let me place the order because it was past the deadline for same day delivery on a Saturday. Although close to the deadline the Amsterdam Florist website allowed me to place and pay for the order, so I was confident it would arrive the same day. I didn’t find out until the Monday that the delivery had not been made and the special event was missed. I had no communication from them until I got in touch to enquire what had happened. Sadly cannot recommend this florist’s service.
