Pros
Great
Cons
Since it's online, maybe a photo of the item or an email confirming that it has been delivered would be helpful.

Pros
Beautiful bouquets, delivered on time (it was for a funeral) and to the right place.

Pros
Beautiful assortment. Good telephone assistance (twice) when ordering through the website encountered some issues. Service-oriented.
Improvement points
There are some minor ambiguities on the website. It runs less smoothly on Explorer. I would like to receive an email confirmation after the delivery of a funeral bouquet, indicating that the delivery was successful along with the details of the funeral service. When you are not present, you don't know if it was successful.
