<b>Areas for Improvement</b><p>I ordered flowers from amsterdamflowers.nl. The flowers arrived late. Initially, the staff were very passive and cold in ensuring that the flowers would still arrive. However, eventually there was one employee who was kind, showed respect, and also took the initiative. He even offered to send a new bouquet at the expense of amsterdamflowers.nl. Very nice! In the end, everything was resolved well.</p>

<b>Pros</b><p>Communication was quick and clear, I could easily order flowers from New Zealand to the Netherlands. Delivery was well organized and the flowers were beautiful. I would definitely recommend!</p>
