Pros
Very fast delivery, easy interface for ordering.
Cons
The card I wanted to include was not sent along. My girlfriend received only a bouquet of flowers, without my message.

Areas for Improvement
It's nice that we received a message that the order was delivered. Just to let you know, the address was delivered, but to the neighbors and not directly to the address provided because no one was home. I found the bouquet worth 45 euros excluding delivery costs to be disappointing.
