However, eventually there was one employee who was kind, showed respect, and also took the initiative. He even offered to send a new bouquet at the expense of amsterdamflowers.nl. Very nice! In the end, everything was resolved well.</p>

<b>Pros</b><p>Communication was quick and clear, I could easily order flowers from New Zealand to the Netherlands. Delivery was well organized and the flowers were beautiful. I would definitely recommend!</p>
