<b>Pros</b><p>Ordered a flower greeting in the evening. Then contacted them via the contact form regarding a different delivery address. The next morning, I received a message that this was being arranged. After delivery, I received a message that it had been delivered. Excellent service from this company.</p><b>Cons</b><p>Everything was arranged as agreed. So, all is well.</p>

<b>Pros</b><p>Ordering online went really well, but we first tried to order by phone.</p><b>Cons</b><p>Ordering by phone did not work; we were constantly redirected to the website. They were also really not customer-friendly at all over the phone. As soon as English was spoken, they either hung up or were unwilling to help. In the end, I helped my colleague out, but this wouldn't have been necessary if they had been a bit friendlier and more helpful on the phone.</p>
