<b>Pros</b><p>The ordered bouquet contained the 15 sunflowers as indicated on the site and looked beautiful. The recipient was very happy with it! Since it had to be delivered to a company, it was done neatly before 5:00 PM.</p><b>Improvement Points</b><p>It would be better to indicate the delivery costs earlier on the site. I only saw this at checkout, where VAT was also charged on these costs. This made the bouquet suddenly much more expensive than expected. I could only check out if I indicated that it needed to be delivered after 1:00 PM, while I couldn't find anywhere what time the bouquet would be delivered. So I had to call about that.</p>
