Pros
I had a few questions, so I called Amsterdam Flowers during my order on the website and was helped very kindly.
Improvements
I cannot assess the final result of the funeral bouquet as I was not present at the cremation! It would be better if you sent the customer a photo of the bouquet when it is ready.

Pros
Clear website and reachable by phone
Improvements
Indicate response to the order so that it can be tracked when the delivery takes place

Pros
I was greeted politely over the phone, my email was answered quickly, and there were clear photos of the funeral arrangements. Good price range for a beautiful funeral piece. The arrangement was actually larger than it appeared in the photo. Really beautiful.
Improvements
N/A
