<b>Areas for Improvement</b><p>I never received any notification about whether the bouquet was delivered or not. Very vague. I had to call them myself to follow up. It was a funeral arrangement, so it was quite important. The company then stated that an email was sent and that it may have ended up in the spam folder. This is not the case. It's very disappointing and frustrating that their process is not running smoothly. Especially for occasions like this, you want to be sure that everything goes well. You can't redo this.</p>
