I was actually called by family asking why my husband's name was not on it, and that’s how I found out. I called immediately afterward, and it was admitted that a colleague had made a mistake, and they would address it with her. They did apologize for this. In the future, I will emphasize that they need to pay close attention to this when placing an order.</p>
