<b>Pros</b><p>Responded adequately to an issue with the addressing, even though the order was filled out correctly on the website.</p><b>Improvements</b><p>It would be very nice to send a photo of the order afterwards. Since you reach out for feedback after delivery, this seems obvious. Flower arrangements are not the cheapest gifts.</p>

No feedback on the order.</p><b>Improvements</b><p>This is not criticism given the scores regarding service and handling, but a suggestion on how it could be even better in my opinion!
