The speed of same-day delivery is very positive in my opinion. The website is also clear; I haven't seen the bouquet myself, so I can't judge it. The recipient did write thank you for an enormous bouquet.</p><b>Areas for Improvement</b><p>Perhaps send a photo of the bouquet to the buyer.</p>
