Amsterdam Flowers

<b>Pros</b><p>I was very kindly assisted by the florist in Amsterdam Slotervaart during the phone call. My mother had a birthday and was far from home because she was staying at the AvL guesthouse. The florist mentioned that they were familiar with the guesthouse, which gave me a sense of reassurance. I ordered the flowers through the website and indicated that they should be delivered before 1 PM. They were beautifully delivered right around 11 AM. My mother was touched and very happy with the lovely bouquet of gerberas.</p><b>Improvements</b><p>None</p>

<b>Pros</b><p>The quality of the flowers was good.</p><b>Cons</b><p>The flowers smelled of cigarette smoke, but fortunately, the smell disappeared after a day.</p>

<b>Areas for Improvement</b><p>The sympathy bouquet included a handwritten card (not very neatly written); it would look more professional if this were printed neatly.</p>
