They also offered to send a new bouquet that meets the expected size! I can only say it's commendable how well they handle this. Extra stars added (thank you, John, for your call!). Coincidentally, I saw the bouquet I ordered; I had chosen an extra-large bouquet, and I found it quite disappointing. (Review updated after my feedback was handled so well by this company!).</p>
