I have been using Amsterdam Flowers for years and I have only had good experiences. It is truly a great business that always keeps its promises and exceeds expectations. I have just one thing to note: I would appreciate receiving a message when the flowers have been delivered.

I ordered flowers for the first time from Amsterdam Flowers. Fortunately, everything went well, and beautiful flowers were delivered on time. What I missed was a delivery confirmation ("we are on our way" or "your flowers have been delivered"). Furthermore, the delivery costs within Amsterdam were supposed to be lower, but the higher delivery costs were charged in the webshop. So, these are technical points, but if I were to rate only the flowers, I would give 5 stars.

Beautiful bouquet with vase and delivered quickly. Very nice!

Easy to order and careful service; I had checked for delivery in the morning, but it turned out to be impossible on-site, and then I was timely asked if delivery in the afternoon would be fine. Very neat.
