Ordering is a bit cumbersome. There is a lot of information, but it is not clear whether delivery is available on Saturdays. It also seems a bit strange that you have to provide the sender's address. An email address seems sufficient to me. Overall, I think everything is very good, and a beautiful bouquet arrived on time at the specified address.
