It is not only about the PC, which is great and much more seamless than anything else I've had so far. It's about the customer service. Be prepared to get a very personal assistance and close support. They might make mistakes, but they are ready to recognize them and to address them, no matter the cost. This is never found anywhere else. I will continue to buy from Skikk.

SKIKK did everything to solve a sound problem and they succeeded 100%! There was an inconsistent issue with my CPU and I noticed it in the sound. SKIKK did everything to resolve it and succeeded well. During this period, I received updates about the process and quick responses about what was happening with my laptop. So I had very nice and fast communication with SKIKK about my laptop. The problem was with the manufacturer and something SKIKK had nothing to do with, but they still did everything to help me!!

The package of my order was lost by UPS, which is obviously a very frustrating situation. However, the SKIKK team did everything possible to prepare and ship a new PC as quickly as possible. Thank you to them for their responsiveness and for finding a quick solution despite a complicated situation.

The web assistant was very clear and did not try to push a sale. After placing the order, it turned out that Windows was included in the order, while I thought I had ordered Linux Ubuntu. With a quick phone call, everything was sorted out. The laptop was shipped within 1 day, and I am looking forward to it!
