Ordered a cactus, nutrients and seeds. Seeds arrived eventually but no cactus. Terrible customer service. Had to request a charge back for goods not received

First time I bought seeds everything went smoothly. Second time my package got "lost" and couldn't get ahold of anyone for 11 days until I called at 4am. The person I did talk to was amazing! Very kind , helpful , and got my package resent. That's the only reason I didn't give 0 star. I emailed, called, left a note on my order, messaged on Instagram.... No replies.. it was a little frustrating and I honestly thought I was going to get scammed. But thankfully the kind representative was able to fix my issue and restored my faith in the company.

These are some of the highest quality seeds I have bought. It is between Zamnesia and one other store who is number 1 in seeds sold but the other shall remain nameless in this review. If you are looking to collect seeds, Grow seeds inside or out, maybe you need some quality botany advice or want to make some lasting real-world connections, look no further than Zamnesia.
